Simple pricing

Competitive intel, customer research, experiments, and measurement. One shared context instead of six disconnected tools.

We're pre-launch and onboarding design partners. Pricing is set per partnership while we calibrate.

Starter

Continuous intelligence for one product. The system keeps watching.

One product

Weekly listening, daily updates, and team chat

For teams focused on a single product. Weekly listening keeps the strategy docs current; the dashboard, Slack, and your IDE all read from the same shared picture.

Frequently asked questions

How does usage-based pricing work? +
Every plan includes enough AI usage for its intended use. Your dashboard shows a real-time meter so you always know where you stand. If you reach your limit, the system pauses and lets you know. Top up or upgrade to keep things running. No surprise bills.
What counts as usage? +
The AI work Quack Stack does for you: listening across the public web for what people are saying about your space, processing support conversations and interview transcripts, generating strategy docs, designing experiments, and answering your questions in Slack and the dashboard. Your dashboard breaks down exactly where usage goes.
Which AI models does Quack Stack run on? +
Claude, Anthropic's family of frontier models. We pick the right one for each job - lighter models for high-volume processing, more capable ones for reasoning over long, structured context. Markets, customer voice, competitor moves, your team's history. The same models your dashboard talks to, your Slack channel uses, and the MCP server in your IDE connects to.
What's the difference between plans? +
Every plan has the same core features. The difference is how much the system does automatically. Starter listens across the public web weekly and keeps your intelligence up to date. Pro listens daily across multiple products. Enterprise adds SSO, custom integrations, and SLA guarantees.
We're early stage - can we afford this? +
We're pre-launch and onboarding design partners, which means we're setting pricing per partnership rather than from a list. If you're building something and willing to give feedback as the product evolves, talk to us - we have flexible arrangements for early-stage teams.
What's an auto-verdict? +
When you log an experiment, you claim an outcome. For example, "this change will move metric X by Y%" or "this prototype will land at least Z signups." Quack Stack watches the data and issues a verdict automatically when the result is in: did it work, did it not, or is it still inconclusive? Works for prototypes, gated feature rollouts, and full releases. Every plan gets unlimited auto-verdicts.
Does Quack Stack replace tools like PostHog or Statsig? +
No, they do different things. PostHog and Statsig run A/B tests: they split traffic, compare variants, and call winners on a metric you instrument upfront. Quack Stack issues auto-verdicts on whatever you ship: a prototype, a gated feature, or a full release. You said feature X would move outcome Y; we tell you whether it did, and tie the result back to the opportunity that motivated it. Most teams use both: experimentation tools for the test, Quack Stack for the verdict and the memory.
Why not just use a markdown repo and Claude Code? +
That works well for one disciplined person. It struggles for product teams. PMs, engineers, and designers all pick up signal from standups, ticket comments, customer calls, and support escalations - but most of it never makes it into the repo because nobody has time to write and commit it. So the markdown drifts away from reality and the AI reads stale context. Quack Stack handles capture for you - conversations, support tickets, competitor moves, your team's history all flow in automatically. The system updates the shared picture, and everyone reads from the same fresh source via Slack, the dashboard, the CLI, or MCP in their IDE. If you'd rather hand-curate, a markdown repo is a fine cheaper option.
Why unlimited seats? +
The intelligence Quack Stack produces costs the same whether 3 people see it or 30. We don't think you should pay more just because your team collaborates. You pay for what the system does, not who sees the results.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing? +
Yes. Annual plans come with two months free. Contact us for details.
